(Huntington, WV) OVP HEALTH physician Geoffrey Polen, MD, has been named Chief of Medical Staff at OhioHealth’s Southeastern Medical Center in Cambridge, Ohio.

Dr. Polen is one of nearly 20 OVP HEALTH providers in Cambridge and he has been an active member of the medical staff since 2020. Additionally, Dr. Polen has served as Medical Director of the facility’s OVP HEALTH-managed hospitalist service since 2020.

“Dr. Polen’s appointment as Chief of Medical Staff at OhioHealth’s Southeastern Medical Center is evidence of the commitment to our partnering hospitals and the trust those institutions place in OVP HEALTH,” said Thomas J. Dr. Polen earned his medical degree from the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed residency training in internal medicine at Akron General Medical Center.
