OVP HEALTH will be closing its outpatient centers in the following locations in South Carolina on Friday, August 30, 2024:

- 238 South Coit Street, Florence, SC
- 424 Guyton Court, Mullins, SC
- 755 Electric Drive, Sumter, SC
- 2811 SC-41, Hemingway, SC
As required by South Carolina Code 44-115-120, OVP HEALTH will retain the medical records for patients 18 years old or older for ten years from the date of last treatment.
Medical records for patients under the age of 18 will be retained for 13 years from the date of last treatment.
